• Applications:
- Bakelite collets are mainly applied to LED/LD/PD/PTR chips semiconductor IC die bonding assembly processes.
- G.C Micro has stable process capability and is able to provide variant types based on the requested spec of die dimension, top surface structure design and process temperature (25~480 °C) concerns.
