With the development of mini-LED chip manufacturing and packing process production technology becomes mature, the LCD monitors using mini-LEDs as backlight source have already been announced in succession. Compared to conventional LEDs, mini-LEDs have advantages of wide color gamut and high contrast. And, it possess low production cost and high operation reliability when compared to OLED technology.

The necessary and accessory equipments for mini-LEDs are almost from typical LED production except that some processes ought to be upgraded for having higher production efficiency/capacity and better accuracy. Especially, during back-end chip testing and sorting process, the rubber tips with smaller vacuum inner diameter (ID) are absolutely essential for mini-LED chips pick&place process.

To fulfill this demand, G.C Micro has successfully developed rubber tips with ID=0.03~0.05 mm and can do production massively. We will also keep working with customers for developing relevant rubber tips with superior performance.
