G.C Micro special film coating technology for rubber tips is established on chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process, in which the chamber is of high vacuum level and the layer thickness is so thin and uniform that leave other coating methods far behind.

Superior dense adhesion
- The grain size of the active monomer molecular material that we use for coating is in nanometer scale, which is beneficial of filling the vacancy in rubber material that makes the surface more flattening so as to increase the abrasion resistance for better rubber tip lifetime.
