- POM Tips are mainly used in the flip chip process of the semiconductor IC packaging and testing industry. They are used to pick up IC chips and avoid damaging the surface of the solder balls during the IC pick and place process. They are critical consumables.
- The specific ID/OD design of the POM plastic straws is selected according to the size of the IC chip.
