N-pin ejecting needles
N-pin ejecting needles are specialized and used to push up dies with larger die dimension and long aspect ratio. The pin number and position can be customized.
2-pin:

• Applications:
- N-pin ejecting needles are designed and made by two sections with the same materials.
- The body of bottom side with diameter of 0.7 mm is made of stainless steel to strengthen structure stability and a platform with multiple pins is processing and mounting on top of the body.
- G.C Micro has stable process capability and is able to provide variant kinds of N-pin ejecting needles based on the requested spec of pin numbers, pitch distance and tip radius depending on the die dimension and aspect ratio.
